Jakayla Miller, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience across inpatient, outpatient, and school-based mental health settings. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Jakayla specializes in mindfulness-based practices, crisis intervention, evidence-based treatments, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strength-based approaches, and psychodynamic therapy. Her clinical focus is on supporting clients aged 15 and up who are navigating anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues, utilizing a person-centered approach that fosters empowerment and emotional resilience.
Transitioning from her work within the Hillsborough County school system to direct clinical care, Jakayla is passionate about integrating mind-body awareness into therapy, helping clients build identity, strengthen self-love, and achieve greater emotional well-being.
